Rates:Rates may vary so please confirm with each interpreter
$65 one hour or less "call-out"
$45 for assignments longer than one hour
Travel time, short-notice, holiday, and after-hour rates may also be charged

If You Need To Cancel:
48-hour cancellation notice required
responsible party will be billed for contracted services if fewer than 48 hours notice provided

Important Notes:
Teamed Assignments
Some assignments require more than one interpreter; in such cases, each interpreter will bill individually at the standard rate.
The decision to use a team rather than an individual interpreter generally is based on:

  • Length or complexity of assignment

    •       It is common practice to hire two interpreters for assignments longer than 90 minutes
  • Unique needs of the person(s) being served
